SHITSUKE-Each work is responsible on cleanness of their working position, which they have to clean each day, and they have to wipe their machine/tools each day
SHITSUKE-We hold meetings or training each Monday, propagandize staffs about shitsuke
SAFETY-We make training plan each year and we execute it, we assess staffs after training, there's none occurrence about safety in our factory.
