6S Management
Our workshops execute 6S Management well, they always keep clean and tidy
SEIRI-We have clear area division for different production process and different status of products
SEITON-We mark all products in different status and machine, each machine has one sequence number
SEISO-We have staffs who is responsible on cleaning, and all workers will attend whole-workshop-cleaning activities each week.
SHITSUKE-Each work is responsible on cleanness of their working position, which they have to clean each day, and they have to wipe their machine/tools each day
SHITSUKE-We hold meetings or training each Monday, propagandize staffs about shitsuke
SAFETY-We make training plan each year and we execute it, we assess staffs after training, there's none occurrence about safety in our factory.
